Jim - You make a very valid point that this article doesn't directly address the college cost issue although I note several of the proposals are designed to lower what colleges charge and spend.. The irony is that much of my writing directly addresses the need to bend back the college cost curve. I will try to rectify this oversight when I revise the blog. Thx, Art
